How It Works
We’ll support you every step of the way:
Training Needs Analysis – We assess your business goals and workforce needs.
Recruitment Support – We advertise vacancies, screen candidates, and manage shortlisting.
Initial Assessments & Planning – Every apprentice is assessed to create a personalised learning plan.
Onboarding – We handle the enrolment paperwork and induction process.
Delivery – The programme includes:
Off-the-job training (minimum hours vary by standard)
On-the-job development tailored to your business
Functional skills in English/maths if required
Regular Reviews – To track progress and ensure the programme delivers for both apprentice and employer.
End-Point Assessment (EPA) – A final assessment to confirm the apprentice meets the industry standard.
What Does It Cost?
The government continues to heavily fund apprenticeships — most employers pay just a small contribution.
Large Employers (Apprenticeship Levy Payers):
You use your levy account to fund training.
If your levy balance runs out, you only pay 5%, and the government covers the rest.
Smaller Employers (Non-Levy):
You pay 5% of the training cost, and the government pays 95%.
If you employ fewer than 50 people and take on an apprentice aged 16–21, the training cost is fully funded — no contribution required.

What’s New for 2025–26?
The 2025–26 apprenticeship rules include several updates you should be aware of:
Minimum Programme Length:
All apprenticeships must last at least 8 months (previously 12 months).
Fixed Off-the-Job Training Hours:
Every apprenticeship standard now has a fixed number of off-the-job training hours, regardless of the apprentice’s weekly hours. This ensures consistency and transparency.
English and Maths:
Still required for apprentices who don’t already hold Level 2 (GCSE equivalent).
For learners aged 19 and over, employers and apprentices can now opt out where it’s not relevant to the job role — providing flexibility for adult learners.
Prior Learning:
If an apprentice has already covered some content (e.g. in previous roles or training), we’ll adjust the programme to reflect that — saving you time and funding.
Monthly Learning Checks:
Functional skills (English/maths) learners must now complete monthly learning activities to remain eligible.
