To enrol in this qualification, learners must be aged 19 or over and already working in a leadership or managerial role within an Early Years setting. If you are not in such a role, you will need to have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities in your setting during the course. The qualification requires 300 hours of mandatory work placement experience.
